The office of Export Import Bank of India is located on the ground floor of Statesman House at Connaught Place.  The idea of the office layout is based on the organization of spaces which have an integrity of design and are connected with each other through common spaces. These spaces are used as lobby, reception or informal collection points.  An entire floor of the office is dedicated to research and recreation that can be used by the office employees during break hours. The language of design for work spaces is kept minimalistic with an open planning and modern layout for maximum natural light whereas the meeting rooms and reception areas are based on a more warm and tradition idea of design. Spaces like the gymnasium, cafeteria and library are flexible spaces that can become multi -purpose areas when required by the bank.
